Refund Policy
1. Cancellation of Admission
If a student decides to withdraw their admission from the Institution, they must submit a formal written application signed by the parent or guardian to the Administrative Office.
2. Refund Timeline and Slabs
Refund percentages are calculated based on the date of the written withdrawal application relative to the officially announced start date of the academic session:

| Less than 15 days before the start of the academic session | 90% | On tuition fees only |

| Between 16 and 30 days after the start of the academic session | 50% | On tuition fees only |
| More than 30 days after the start of the academic session | 0% | Non-refundable |
3. Non-Refundable Components
- Registration fees, application processing fees, and examination fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Once a student attends classes beyond 30 days, the entire fee for that term/year is forfeited.
4. Mode of Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the registered bank account of the parent or guardian within 30 working days from the approval date of the withdrawal application. Cash refunds are strictly not permitted.
